SPEED BOMBER 1.2 CHANGES:

- A couple of small level design changes
- Mets stay open without shooting for a little bit longer
- Cutman jumps are abit higher
- Rolling Cutter's hitbox has been expanded
- Flying Shell's speed is reduced
- Elecman's AI have been changed to be simpler
- Gutsman's jumps are slightly higher
- The little pause after beating a robot master is removed
- The fire pillars takes a little longer to respawn
- Foot Holders hitbox have been removed
- Fireman "Initial" ground fire's speed is slightly slower.
- Ice Slasher stays on screen for longer for each usage
- Bombman's jumping speeds have been changed
- Bombman's bomb throw's aiming have been altered
- Hyper Bomb's hitbox have been expanded
- Yellow Devil's second cycle have a different pattern
- Copy Robot takes 3 bars of damage to its weakness instead of 2
- Added a 2 seconds of i-frames after beating a boss at a rematch
- Wily Stage 4's palette have been edited
- Wily Stage 4's wind section is nerfed
- Wily Machine phase 2 shot's hitbox has been reduced a little
- Wily Machine's i-frames are longer
